Our working boatyard facility is for outdoor Dry dock vessels only. Our water entrance is on the Ocean side at the East end of Coco Plum Rd. Our Maximum lift size is 60 Ton and beams less than 18'. Onsite services, Boat storage, Bottom painting with Interlux and Pettit paints, Underwater gear repairs. Onsite vendors Upholstery (cushions, canvas, isinglass, headliners), Aluminum Welding (specializing in Towers and ladders, Auto body shop (vehicle and outboard motor painting). Contractor's must be licensed and insured. Bottom painting is not permitted by customers or contractors. Mechanic, sandblasting, Fiberglass repairs & topside painting must be approved before your project begins. We are open Monday-Friday. Weekend is zero access to yard.
