Some units are climate-controlled, and our gated 12-acre facility features 24/7 assistance, security cameras, and easy access off Highway 54 between Osage Beach and Linn Creek. Our flat, level property ensures hassle-free storage for your big toys and business needs. Owned by longtime Lake of the Ozarks residents Chris and Leann Schultz, we pride ourselves on security, convenience, and exceptional service.
